This property is set up to handle groups of up to eighteen people, features a three-car garage and can handle most handicap accessible needs on the first floor. Lookout boasts nine bedrooms, four full bathrooms, thirteen total beds, a full kitchen, wrap-around patio, oversized dining table, and wireless internet access.

We booked the Lookout for a late summer rafting trip and had an amazing time! What drew us to the rental was the number of bedrooms and of course the indoor swimming pool! What has inspired us to book the Lookout again in the future was the friendliness and attentiveness of our realtor. She went above and beyond to make our stay special. We arrived late in the evening, and she had the house unlocked and ready for us. She also allowed us a relaxed, late check out. She also provided extra towels for the pool and a welcoming bottle of wine! She also provided a personal number for questions or concerns and was very responsive. The town had a power outage during our stay, and we were able to contact them immediately. We were very pleased with the attentiveness and professionalism of the realtor. The house is great as well! It's spacious, comfortable, and everything we were hoping for!

We rented The Lookout for Memorial Day weekend for a whitewater rafting trip and the house was perfect! The house was bigger than expected, the accommodations were excellent, the views were beautiful, and the house had everything we needed.
